The Newman Foundation has provided clients with specialized federal government contracts consulting services since the company was founded in 2018. Prior to founding the company, Newman saw unprecedented growth. From a compliance perspective, we are sought after by top law firms in the United States to focus our contract expertise to assist clients with GSA compliance issues. For select companies, we offer a complete turn-key program whereby we develop and manage their contracts program and act as their representative in all contract matters ranging from management of all contracts, to bid development, contract administration, daily RFP/RFQ management and submittal, as well as post award implementation and compliance
